Shipping policy

1. Seller

The MCCM online store is operated by MB “Dermacode”, company registration number 307667138, VAT number LT100020345516, registered at Mindaugo g. 14B-104, LT-03225 Vilnius, Lithuania. Email: info@mccm.lt.

2. Delivery territory

We currently deliver orders within Lithuania. International delivery is not currently available at checkout.

3. Delivery methods

Depending on the delivery address and the carriers available at checkout, the following methods may be offered:

Omniva parcel lockers;
DPD parcel lockers;
Venipak parcel lockers;
LP Express parcel lockers;
Omniva courier delivery.

The customer selects the final delivery method at checkout.

4. Delivery charges

The exact delivery charge is displayed in the cart or at checkout before the order is submitted.

Parcel-locker delivery is free where the qualifying order value shown at checkout is at least €69.95. Below that threshold, the delivery charge shown at checkout applies. Where a discount reduces the qualifying order value, free-delivery eligibility is determined from the amount used by Shopify’s live shipping-rate calculation at checkout.

5. Delivery time

Unless a specific delivery period is separately agreed, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the purchase contract is concluded.

Delivery time may depend on the selected method, product availability, the time at which the order is placed and the carrier’s operations. Any estimated delivery date shown at checkout or in an order confirmation is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will use the available contact details to notify the customer of any material delay.

6. Delivery information

The customer must provide an accurate recipient name, telephone number, delivery address or parcel locker and any other information needed for delivery. If you discover an error, contact info@mccm.lt as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that information can be changed after fulfilment has begun.

7. Receipt of an order

Please inspect the shipment when it is received. If an item arrives damaged, part of the order is missing or an incorrect item is supplied, contact info@mccm.lt. These situations are covered by separate statutory rights described in the Refund Policy.

The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to a consumer at the time provided by applicable law, generally when the consumer or a person nominated by them takes physical possession of the goods.
