Terms of service

Last updated: 14 August 2026

1. Seller

The mccm.lt website and MCCM online store are operated by MB “Dermacode”, company registration number 307667138, VAT number LT100020345516, registered at Mindaugo g. 14B-104, LT-03225 Vilnius, Lithuania. Email: info@mccm.lt.

These Terms apply to use of the website and purchases made through it.

2. Orders and contract formation

Before submitting an order, the customer can review the selected products, prices, delivery method and other information presented at checkout.

A purchase contract is formed when the customer submits the order and the seller confirms it electronically. The order confirmation is sent to the email address supplied by the customer.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because an item is unavailable, there is an obvious technical error or another objective reason applies, we will inform the customer and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled part. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

3. Products and information

We aim to keep product descriptions, ingredients, directions, images and prices accurate. Colours and proportions displayed on screen may differ slightly due to device settings.

Before using a cosmetic product, read its label, ingredients and directions. If you have allergies or other individual health concerns, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before use. Information on the website is not a substitute for individual medical advice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros. Shopify is configured to display applicable taxes, including VAT where applicable, in product and delivery prices.

The final total, delivery charge and any applicable discount are shown before the order is submitted. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. MCCM does not receive complete payment-card details, which are handled securely by the selected payment provider.

5. Promotions and discounts

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions displayed when they are offered. Unless stated otherwise or permitted by checkout, discounts may not be combined. The discount actually applied is displayed before the order is submitted.

6. Delivery

Delivery territory, methods and charges are described in the Shipping Policy. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Withdrawal and non-conforming goods

The consumer’s distance-contract withdrawal right, the hygiene-seal exception, refund process and rights relating to damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods are described in the Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

8. Accounts and website use

A customer using an account is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and the information provided accurate.

The website must not be used unlawfully, in a manner that disrupts its operation, circumvents security measures, collects data automatically without permission, or infringes MCCM’s or a third party’s intellectual property.

9. Intellectual property

The website design, text, trademarks, logos, photographs and other material belong to MCCM, their respective owners, or are used under licence. They may not be copied or commercially used without permission except where permitted by law.

10. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for breach of mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disruption caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control. This does not remove our obligation to fulfil accepted orders or provide statutory consumer remedies.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without depriving a consumer of protection under mandatory law applicable in their place of residence.

Please contact info@mccm.lt first so that we can attempt to resolve a complaint amicably.

If no agreement is reached, a consumer may contact:

State Consumer Rights Protection Authority

Electronic applications: https://www.vtis.lt/

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is not used for complaints.

12. Changes

The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order. Updated Terms are published on the website and do not apply retrospectively to contracts already formed unless required by law.
